THE EXTRA WORK BOARD IS BACK! WHETHER YOU ARE LOOKING FOR MORE SKILL WORK, SOME ACCESSORIES, EXTRA CARDIO, OR JUST WANT TO BURN A LITTLE MORE CALORIES BEFORE YOU GO HOME THIS IS SOMETHING TO DO. AFTER CLASS IS OVER PICK THE DAY THAT WE ARE ON AND WORK ON IT OFF TO THE SIDE. IF THERE IS SOMETHING YOU DON’T KNOW OR MIGHT NEED SCALED DOWN ASK A COACH. WE WOULD BE GLAD TO HELP. THIS IS FOR EVERYONE, ITS THE EXTRA WORK WE ADD IN AFTER OUR WORKOUT. TRY TO STICK TO THE DAYS WE ARE ACTUALLY ON BECAUSE THE EXTRA WORK WILL COMPLIMENT THE CLASS STUFF FOR THE DAY.
