2 swings + knees to elbows

TEAM WOD
(AMRAP in 20)
PARTNER 1 does 3 rounds of cindy
PARTNER 2 does max burpees

*once 3 rounds of cindy is done the partners trade spots.

*a round of cindy is
5 pullups
10 pushups
15 air squats

*goal is tonget as many burpees as a team as possible in the 20 minutes
