TUESDAY

EVENT ONE WILL BE SCORED AS YOUR TOTAL WEIGHT LIFTED OF THE BACK SQUAT, BENCH PRESS, AND DEADLIFT. THE EVENT WILL START WITH BACK SQUATS, THEN TO BENCH PRESS AND FINISH WITH DEADLIFT. EACH PERSON WILL HAVE 3 ATTEMPTS. ALL RACKS HAVE A LIST OF ATTEMPTS TO CHOOSE FROM, (THE WEIGHTS POSTED YESTERDAY), YOU DO NOT HAVE TO DO ALL 11 LIFTS, ITS NOT A LADDER, YOU ONLY HAVE THREE ATTEMPTS. SO YOU MAKE AN ATTEMPT WHEN A WEIGHT COMES UP THAT YOU WANT TO TRY. FOR EXAMPLE, IF MY RACK STARTS AT 225 BUT I WANT MY FIST ATTEMPT TO BE 315, I WILL WEIGHT FOR THE 315 LIFT AND THATS WHEN I WILL BE ANNOUNCED THAT ITS MY TURN TO MAKE MY FIRST ATTEMPT. CHOOSE WISELY WHAT YOU WANT YOUR ATTEMPTS TO BE. JUST LIKE A WEIGHT LIFTING MEET THE WEIGHTS DON’T GO DOWN. EVERY 3 MINUTES THE WEIGHT WILL GO UP. THE GOAL IS TO LIFT THE MOST WEIGHT YOU CAN FOR 1 REP. IF YOU DON’T MAKE ANY ATTEMPTS YOU WILL BE LEFT WITH A ZERO.
